With the Yangon Marathon on this 27 January 2013, I was told to train up for the big day. One-hour run from Tuesday to Saturday and a 2 to 3 hours of running on Sundays.
I was consistent for a week and then stopped the whole of last week. What a shame! Of course, I have my truthful and honest excuses. Drove down to IKEA to pick up furniture. Too exhausted on Sunday.
Oh well, shall start to a consistent week! 10.4km achieved.
